Please join us on Thursday, November 17, 2016 at Noon for our regular luncheon meeting at the Capital City Club. Our speaker will be Patricia Moore-Pastides.
USC First Lady Patricia Moore-Pastides will speak about the health benefits of the Mediterranean diet, which features fresh fruits and vegetables, whole grains, and seafood, while also including meat and even dessert. Ms. Pastides, who has a master's of public health degree from Yale University, has written about this delicious food in two cookbooks, Greek Revival and Greek Revival from the Garden, and is currently working on a book about the USC President's House, which also includes some healthy and tasty recipes.
