The following is important information from Alan regarding our March meetings at the Palmetto Club:
"I contacted the Palmetto Club and we have reservations for March 7 and 21 at 12:30. I asked that we have a particular room called the Library and we should have that for March, but they cannot guarantee that room every meeting. However, we will have a room. You need to ask when you go to the Club where our room is. The salad will be on the table when we arrive and the lunch will be brought as soon as we finish our salads. So we should be able to have lunch before the speaker. They would like a headcount by the Wed before the meeting by five. They were more concerned about having too many lunches than not enough. Maybe they can provide a few additional meals if we have more. They will have a podium in the room. If the speaker needs a projector, we need to let them by Wed at five so that it can be set up before the meeting. For parking, members should try the parking garage between the Palmetto Club and the First Citizens bank. There will be a speaker to call in and they will tell you where to park. If space is not available you will need to park on the street. May pay to be a little early for the meeting. "
